I just came across this wonderful poem.This time not written by myself but it's very strength-giving.

"When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all up hill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow--
You may succeed with another blow,

So to all of you who are struggling in life right now,
suffering cancer or any other diseases or you just can't see
the end of the long dark tunnel you're walking through:

Stick to the fight,don't ever give up.
The light might be right around the next corner,
you never know,what will happen tomorrow,
but if you win the fight and stay strong one day you will get
amply rewarded.

Keep smiling,keep fighting,keep believing.
